The proposals for the component of the scheme may be submitted in the prescribed proforma along with detailed forwarding letter about the proposals along with:

1. Copy of the Bye-laws/Articles of Memorandum of Association of the organization

2. Balance Sheet of last three years duly audited

3. Copy of Registration Certificate

4. Certificate of non-involvement in any corrupt practices of organization on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 5/- The proposal of any component should be submitted before 60 days of the events proposed.
