| Beneficiary organization under the grant-in-aid component would submit their proposals to the Office of the DC (H) through their concerned Regional Director/State Govt. along with detailed proposals in the prescribed Proforma and all other documents concerning to the bye-laws, balance sheet of last three years duly audited indicating membership number of CA, non-corrupt certificate etc. for processing the proposal. Focus of the project for any component of the scheme should essentially be on craftspersons, marketing and creating awareness about the handicrafts sector. |
